CRW hosted its 60th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, August 30 at the YMCA Outdoor Center in Hopkinton. 150 members registered for a full day of rides, memories, lunch, photo ops, and CAKE!

Three ride distances were offered (68, 37, and 21 miles), supported by ride leaders Andrew Black, Mike Barry, Dave Wean, Eliott Morra, Jim Salvie, Amy Juodawlkis, and Ellen Gugel. Afterwards, members collected a commemorative string bag, and gathered in the covered pavilion to enjoy videos and photos of CRW history. A bike and gear swap ran throughout the day. 

After lunch, current President Amy Juodawlkis offered her remarks in thanks to the organizing committee (Mark Nardone, Eliott Morra, Jim Salvie, Jess Robinson, John O'Dowd, Jerry Skurla, Larry Finison, and Jess Robinson), and recognized ride leaders and volunteers who have ensured the growth and vibrance of the club through the years.

Master of Ceremonies and VP of Rides John O'Dowd managed to finagle comments and memories from many of our past presidents, a dozen of whom were in attendance!

The day rounded out with delicious cake and a group photo. Thanks so much to everyone who came out for a great day, on the bike and off.
