Barbara, As a ride leader I find It is very difficult make changes to existing rides as well as posting new rides. I think the new CRW web-site is overbuilt. I had no problem in past with club's old site making changes. 

When I went to save a message deleting my ride tomorrow due to rain, I got this:

"Do you want to update default email template only
OR update this email template for all upcoming events?
This can not be undone."

Only admins should have access to the templates. Now I realize that probably delete messages are sent automatically, but I didn't see instructions. Best is first to delete the ride, than see what happens, rather than i did, go to create the message, then delete the ride.
