CRW Rides are open to members and guests. Guests may attend two rides annually before being required to join the club. Please click the Register button to the left to join the ride. Helmets are required on all CRW rides. Ride Description:
Everything tastes good after a big ride, but nothing tastes better than a LOBSTER ROLL on a summer day on the North Shore! Join us for a gorgeous sea side figure-eight loop through Essex, Gloucester, and Rockport.
The route starts and ends at Woodman's of Essex, the mother of all lobster shacks. Woodman's used to only take cash, but they now accept credit cards at last. Even an old barnacle like me has to admit that some change at Woodman's is good!
We'll head out at 9AM. Ken will lead a 15-16 MPH group. This is not a no-drop ride, but other groups, both faster and slower, are likely to be established as the date approaches and additional ride leaders are identified.
