Ride Description:
Climb to the Clouds will test your biking abilities with lots of climbing and a climb up Mt. Wachusett. If you missed your medallion last year, then now is the time to add it to your century collection.
We will have full-service stops will be available at Dexler Drumlin Reservation, 192 George Hill Road Lancaster MA, at Berlin Orchards 310 Sawyer Hill Road Berlin MA 01503, and Mt. Wachusett Visitor Entrance. All rest stops will have porta johns. There will be an assortment of prepared wrap sandwiches with vegetarian options, chips and pickles served post ride.
Come prepared! We recommend that you bring a rain shell to deal with any precipitation which may happen on your ride, but right now the weather forecast is looking perfect!
You should plan to have most of your nutrition needs on-board or use the many places along the way to stay stocked. Water will be available at the self-service stops along the route.
We fully expect the event to go forward but will watch the weather closely in case it takes a markedly downward turn.
