From route 128 take Exit #31 east (Rts. 4 & 225) 1.7 miles to Lexington Center. Park in the surrounding neighborhoods and bike to the start. Meet at by the Minuteman Statute.
IMPORTANT
CRW Rides are open to members and limited guests. Guests may only attend two rides before joining.

If a rider has not pre-registered, that rider must do so online at the start of the ride.
The online registration will include a liability waiver that all riders will need to review and accept.
The online registration will also require all riders to review CRW’s Safety and COVID Guidelines and to agree to follow those guidelines on the ride.
All about fitness training on rolling hills of Lincoln, Concord, & Bedford. Challenge yourself as you repeat this loop & observe improvements.
Expect 14–16mph pace. Group tries to stay together. Split into multiple speeds as needed. Those competing for the segment should sprint ahead.
