Description: Raid Rockingham is 60-mile route that includes about 25 miles packed gravel roads and an optional Class VI adventure segment.
Gear: You'll want to bring at least one tube (2 would be better), patches, and a pump. A multi-tool, chain-breaker, and link would be a good idea. Wide 32 – 35mm (or wider) tires will be most suitable. Make sure your bike is in good working order before you arrive; you are self-supported for mechanicals. A helmet is required. A smartphone or GPS for navigation could be handy.

Meet at Deciduous Brewing Co, 12 Weaver St, Newmarket, NH. Please get there at 7:45 so we can roll at 8:00 AM.
Ride limited to ~7 plus the leader. Please stay home if sick or not vaccinated.
This is a GRAVEL ride. Wide 32 –35 mm tires will be most suitable.
We will average ~14mph with 2 stops for food.
This is a no-drop ride, but riding gravel is harder than riding paved roads. If you can't average 14mph on dirt with some climbing (17mph paved road equivalent) then this ride may not be for you. I want to get home in time for the Pats game.
Due to the challenge of this ride, the leader may request additional information from registrants prior to being accepted for the ride. We appreciate your understanding.
