This is the terminus of all south side commuter rail lines and is on the MBTA Red line. Amtrak trains and intercity buses also stop here. MBTA system map is here: https://mbta.com/schedules/commuter-rail
Time to enjoy cranberry bogs on this annual event. Bicycle along quiet roads, rolling hills, & seashore vegetation of Myles Standish park.
Ride is designed with MBTA Commuter Rail public transport. Meet in South Station to take train at 8:40 to arrive Middleborough at 9:39. Ride should be about 8 hours at social speed. Plan to take train back from Plymouth at 18:54 to arrive back in Boston at 19:51, which leaves some social time. Those who plan to ride fast can finish in time for train from Kingston at 15:35.
KKatie's burger dinner, Plymouth Rock, & ocean dip at end of ride are all options.
Just show up, introduce yourself to others, find someone to ride with, & agree on the rules of the ride. Then, off you go.
