Back Roads of Switzerland

 

IMPORTANT

 

CRW Rides are open to members and limited guests. Guests may only attend two rides before joining.
All riders (both Members and Guests) must REGISTER

If a rider has not pre-registered, that rider must do so online at the start of the ride. 

The online registration will include a liability waiver that all riders will need to review and accept. 

The online registration will also require all riders to review CRW’s Safety and COVID Guidelines and to agree to follow those guidelines on the ride.

 

No, the ride is not in Switzerland but it might as well be for many riders from the Boston area who never get to experience beautiful country roads, water views and other vistas in Berlin, Northboro, Boylston, West Boylston, Holden, Rutland, and Sterling. Route has substantial hills.

Directions: 

From I-495, take Exit 26, Route 62 West toward Berlin. After 2 miles, when Route 62 curves sharply to the right in the center of Berlin, turn left onto Linden Street, then left again (around the traffic island) onto South Street. Less than 1/4 mile down South Street, find the Berlin Memorial School driveway on the left. Go down the driveway and completely around the school to the large parking lot behind the school. Do not park in front of the school or near the soccer and recreation fields.
