From Rt. 128, north or south, take Rt. 16 west/Wellesley exit. Proceed west on Rt. 16 past the intersection with Rt. 9 (at about 1.1 mile), and then past several (2 or 3) traffic lights. After the traffic light at the intersection with Rockland/Forest St., Rice St. is the next left. Turn left on Rice, and after a short distance the High School will appear on the left. The High School is about 0.4 mi from the Wellesley Hills commuter rail station: take Washington Street west, turn left onto Forest Street and right onto Paine Street. Schedule is here: https://mbta.com/schedules/CR-Worcester/timetable
Ride is cancelledDespite the rain's starting later and ending earlier, it's still gonna be pouring during our ride window. We'll do it again on a better day. I hope you were able to get a good ride in today. Could not have been a better day to be outdoors. - gene

Park at Wellesley High School. Restrooms aren't for sure but the nearby athletic fields may have porta johns. We'll go by Dover HS at the halfway point and they sometimes have PJ's. The restroom at the Dunkin Donuts at mile 26 MAY be open.
Good route for hammering up Pine St or contemplating the woods on South St.
The weather forecast for Sunday is iffy (as of 4/19/21). If it improves, we'll do the ride. If not, I'll repost for another day. Check late Saturday to see if the ride is still on.
Pegan Hill is one of the few places east of rt 495 with a view at the top. Worth the climb to get there.
Pace: the fast folks will find themselves. I'll sweep. No one rides alone unless that's their thing.
